Flipping through the channels of late night TV can being some strange things and randomness to your life. I some times find it better that just watching the same reruns over and over. Variety is nice.
So it was about 3:00am this morning and I stumble upon the Tyra Banks show. It only caught my interest because they were talking about a type of massage that originated in Isreal involving snakes. Now I keep reptiles so I found this interesting, especially since many people have a phobia or dislike for snakes. Of course on of the first questions out was are these snakes posionous and of course they answer was no. They were a mixture of corn, milk, and king snakes which are all commonly kept in the reptile exotic pet trade and completely harmless.
All that is done is let a few snakes lay and slither on your body. This is supposed to be very relaxing and good for the muscles, as well as exfoliate the skin. Seems a little strange to me but maybe I'll give it a try, although I'm not going to be paying $70 to get it done is some spa.
Here is a story where you can read more.
